BALI MANDALIKA TOUR will arrange the hotel reservation as requested by you (Customer) and report the room reservation result within one business day in normal condition.

Bali Mandalika Tours is always provide the most updated room rate on our website. However, some hotels may change their room rate at certain season. Any occurred rate changes will be notified to Customer at the time of confirmation by email.

When your reservation status is confirmed, you will be notified by email and will be given the payment options. If customer failed to settle the payment after the limit time, the room reservation will be automatically released and deleted.
