The first stop is in the village of Batubulan to watch performances of the Barong and Kris Dance. Afterwards you visit the villages of Celuk and Mas to take in some beautiful jewelery and wood work by the Balinese people.

A scenic drive over small roads overlooking gorgeous rice terraces brings you to the mountain village, which is about 5,000 ft above sea level. These spectacular views of the famous Lake Batur and its volcano are a once in a lifetime offering to see.

This active volcano is something to make sure you camera is ready for! Crossing the lake below and onto visiting the nearby village of Trunyan you will then return through other villages and visit the elephant cave from the 11th century.
